Surf Beach

Surf Beach is a suburb within Batemans Bay and has a small shopping centre (a short walk away from the Swan across the beach). There is an IGA Supermarket, Surf Beach Pizza (for pizza, pasta, fish and chips - eat in or takeaway), Chemist, Medical Centre, Chinese restaurant (eat in or takeaway), Hairdresser, Bottle Shop and Thai takeaway/restaurant. There is a public beach access and carpark opposite the shopping centre with a kiosk for newspapers and take away food.

Batemans Bay

Batemans Bay has the Clyde River, the bay and surf beaches with all manner of fishing, boating and water sport activity, and is a substantial town with a population of around 16,000 people. It is a popular holiday destination.
